Just as we were finally believing Gran Turismo 5 was going to be something more than a shiny bauble for Sony and Polyphony Digital to drag out for E3, the word dropped on the Official Playstation Blog:
I didn’t play much of the original game. When it was released, I didn’t have an XBox (it was an exclusive to that platform).
When the Wii version was released, I picked it up… and it was awful.
I guess you can say, I’m not that excited about the sequel.
Josh apparently is, and has aqcuired a review copy, so until he posts his review, here’s a list of the PS3 bling.
We were hoping to play this game for the holidays. Alas, it has been delayed until early 2011.
At least we can waste some time with the list of trophies from the game.
Jumping, wall running, jumping some more, hanging off cliffs, swinging, dodging swinging axes, rolling under spinning blades, and scaling walls of various surface types, yes this is a Prince of Persia game. I have been told that this game follows the new movie but as I have yet to see the movie I cannot confirm this wild rumor. If its true then I don’t need to see the movie now and will never know for sure. (My daughter says “no the game is cooler than the movie” but I think she is just trying to get me to watch the movie to compare for myself.)
I’ll admit it I had to play through more than once because there is no chapter select after you complete the game.
