Speculation has been running wild lately about a successor to Sony’s portable gaming platform, and today many of the rumors were laid to rest. Unfortunately, a few more questions were raised.
While not officially calling it ‘PSP 2’, the NGP or Next Generation Portable, was trotted out on a Tokyo stage with an army of developers and publishers backing it up.
Past the break, we’ll share the details as we know them.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we have migrated our site to a new server.
Google searches still seem to be winding up at the old site, but until that gets sorted out, you can find the article you’re looking for here:
Nine Inch Nails iPhone App Gets Apple Approval
The Official Playstation Blog is reporting Puzzle Quest: Galactrix will be available for PS3 owners via the Playstation Store on Thursday.
Isn’t the PS3 the last platform to get the game? At least this version will include online multiplayer, leaderboards, and voice chat… maybe it was worth the wait.
No word on pricing or Trophies, but we’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, you can always check out our review of the game for earlier releases.
Yep… fresh Monkey. You can get it on the ‘Podcast’ tab at the top of the screen.
Here’s the description:
Getting iPod game footage sucks, Ulduar Patch for World of Warcraft, the Apple Store is creepy, our favorite bands, GTA Chinatown Wars, Phantasy Star Portable, VUDU Streaming Player, and a whole lot more.
A while back Sony let slip that a current-gen remake of the classic World War I air combat game ‘Red Baron’ was in development.
Brian and I are big flight sim fans, preferrably in a prop-driven plane, and we were stoked.
Then it fell off the radar (no pun intended) and rumor was Red Baron had been cancelled.
Looks like you shouldn’t listen everything you hear on the interwebs; Red Baron will be available today after Sony’s weekly store update.
No word on pricing, but the game will include several different single player modes, and 3 different styles of online multiplayer.
I’m SO there.
Continuing the string of Trophy Lists (we’re hoping to have them ALL covered in the next week or two), Astro Tripper is a game that’s coming soon to the PS Store.
And… along with the logo you’re seeing, that’s about all I know about this title.
It’s an odd one; not often you see a game where 25% of the Trophies are Gold, and 37% are Silver.
See the list… be the list… inside.
Yeah, so we’re a little early.
The game doesn’t hit the Playstation Store until February 5th, but I couldn’t help myself.
C’mon! It’s HOCKEY! With BIG HEADS!
Full Trophy list is inside.
